Provide occupational medical evaluations and treatment for petrochemical/manufacturing workers, perform minor surgical procedures, oversee certified medical staff, conduct telemedicine visits, support case management and after-hours urgent care, ensure licensing and compliance, and participate in clinic projects and ongoing education.

Provide occupational medical evaluations and treatment, perform minor surgical procedures, supervise certified medical staff, support telemedicine and case management, respond to after-hours urgent needs, ensure compliance with state licensure and maintain CME requirements.

Provide customer and patient support by answering and routing calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining EMR records (Galen/OmniHealth), handling account setup and updates, resolving customer issues, cross-selling services, and coordinating clinic operations to optimize patient flow and provider time.
