Leads the Account Management team, drives customer retention and revenue growth, develops new business across industrial markets, manages strategic accounts, negotiates contracts, oversees sales pipelines, and represents the company at industry events. Partners with executive, operations, marketing, and technical teams to deliver customer solutions, identify market opportunities, and execute growth strategies. This in-office Pasadena, Texas leadership role requires 30–50% travel.

Provide occupational medical evaluations and treatment, perform minor surgical procedures, supervise certified medical staff, support telemedicine and case management, respond to after-hours urgent needs, ensure compliance with state licensure and maintain CME requirements.
