Manage full-cycle recruitment, coordinate onboarding, verify credentials, maintain applicant tracking and HR records, and support workforce development programs (externships/internships). Liaise with hiring managers and academic partners, ensure compliance with employment laws, and assist with HR projects and employee communications.

Provide primary care under physician supervision: perform exams, diagnose and treat acute/chronic conditions, order/interpret tests, prescribe medications, document care, perform minor procedures, deliver preventive and patient education, coordinate with care team, meet productivity of ~20 patients/day, and participate in community health and continuing education.

Diagnose and treat skin, hair, and nail conditions through exams, biopsies, medications, minor surgeries, and cosmetic procedures. Develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients, maintain medical records, coordinate with other clinicians, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Process, correct, and submit patient claims per regulatory standards (HIPAA, FQHC). Review and fix coding errors (CPT, CDT, ICD-9/10, HCPCS), post fees and payments, update EHR, and support billing process improvements under the Billing Manager.

Provides outpatient primary care under physician supervision: conducts exams, diagnoses and treats acute/chronic conditions, orders/tests, prescribes medications, performs minor procedures, delivers preventive care and education, coordinates care, maintains medical records, meets productivity of ~20 patients/day, and participates in community health and emergency care as needed.

Manage patient revenue and accounts receivable for outpatient and professional services. Reconcile revenue to GAAP, analyze revenue streams, monitor AR aging, prepare revenue and AR journal entries, manage cash collections, partner with billing teams to resolve denials, reconcile billing systems to the general ledger, maintain audit documentation, ensure CMS and payer compliance, and support collections-improvement initiatives.
