Process, correct, and submit patient claims ensuring coding accuracy (CPT, CDT, ICD-9/10, HCPCS) and compliance with FQHC and regulatory standards. Update EMR, post fees/payments, assist billing improvements, order forms, and perform clerical billing tasks under the Billing Manager.

Manage full-cycle recruitment, coordinate onboarding, verify credentials, maintain applicant tracking and HR records, and support workforce development programs (externships/internships). Liaise with hiring managers and academic partners, ensure compliance with employment laws, and assist with HR projects and employee communications.

Provide primary care under physician supervision: perform exams, diagnose and treat acute/chronic conditions, order/interpret tests, prescribe medications, document care, perform minor procedures, deliver preventive and patient education, coordinate with care team, meet productivity of ~20 patients/day, and participate in community health and continuing education.
