Manage end-to-end accounts payable: process and verify supplier invoices, reconcile statements, resolve payment discrepancies, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, perform month-end AP activities, ensure compliance and accurate records, support audits, monitor performance, and identify process improvements.

Manage and grow assigned client accounts as primary contact. Maintain client records, coordinate with sales and internal teams to meet KPIs, upsell/cross-sell services, address inquiries, and ensure services meet client budgets and needs.

Lead training needs analysis and execute the annual training plan. Manage LMS administration, coordinate learning programmes and vendors, run orientations, track attendance/feedback, support Management Trainee program, produce monthly L&D reports, and drive employer branding and learning culture across business units.

Manage and grow an express courier customer portfolio through regular follow-ups, generate new leads, handle inquiries and reservations, resolve client issues, collaborate with the team to meet sales targets, and track/report pipeline progress.

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable: prepare and issue invoices, record payments, reconcile accounts, follow up on overdue receivables, resolve billing discrepancies, respond to customer inquiries, prepare AR reports and aging analyses, support audits, ensure compliance, and identify process improvements.

Prepare and manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger; reconcile bank statements; support internal and external audits; perform additional finance duties as assigned.
