Provide high-level administrative support to Directors: manage calendars, schedule meetings and record minutes, handle correspondence and documentation, arrange travel and accommodations, prepare reports and presentations, assist business development research and follow-ups, and perform general coordination tasks.

Maintain and oversee bagging plant equipment to ensure smooth operation. Perform AC motor repair, electrical and mechanical maintenance, PLC and control system troubleshooting. Maintain ISO documentation, OHS compliance, stock records, yard security and cleanliness, and participate in continuous improvement.

Manage and record all incoming/outgoing stock in real time, verify deliveries against POs/invoices, maintain inventory systems (Logix, SAP), conduct cycle counts and audits, handle petty cash, label/tag components, coordinate with procurement/finance/vendors, and ensure safety and stockroom standards.

Lead and supervise warehouse operations to meet client KPIs; attend planning and review meetings; resolve customer and supplier issues; generate client reports; conduct supplier evaluations; ensure compliance with safety, quality, SOPs and audit requirements; authorize warehouse transactions.

Ensure procurement compliance with group policies; manage vendor onboarding, contracts, evaluations and records; support ISO/Business Excellence audits; drive process improvements and cost savings; coordinate CAPEX/OPEX approvals, finance, ISD and central sourcing; monitor KPIs and prepare management reports.

Manage invoicing, customer settlements and payments; process crew wages; monitor outstanding balances; prepare presentations and balance sheet schedules; reconcile SAP and Shipmate inventory; support budgeting, forecasting and SAP HANA migration; perform other finance duties as assigned.

Support tax operations by preparing schedules and RAMIS uploads, assisting tax return filing, collecting and archiving tax invoices, managing VAT refunds, preparing tax computations and statutory reports, ensuring compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations, monitoring regulatory changes, and handling overseas payment tax clearances.

Support business development and marketing through investment analysis, tender management, lead generation, and proposal development. Execute branding and communications campaigns, create multimedia content, manage stakeholder engagement and events, monitor performance metrics, and assist with operations, budgets, vendor coordination, and OHS/ISO support.

Maintain, provision, configure, monitor, upgrade and troubleshoot ICT systems. Ensure system availability, security, inventory and preventative maintenance; follow policies, escalate issues, and mentor junior staff.

Drive sales and marketing for a shipping company by researching markets, prospecting new clients (MLOs/NVOCCs), generating leads, supporting marketing implementation, coordinating stakeholder communication, and improving service quality and processes.

Conduct market research, prospect and quote new customers (MLOs/NVOCCs), collect customer feedback to improve products and service, maintain sales statistics, share timely information with stakeholders, and ensure service quality by following SOPs and driving quality improvements.

Coordinate vessel berthing, clearance, and husbanding services; monitor cargo operations for quick turnarounds; maintain system updates, reports, and accurate inward/outward declarations; verify vendor invoices and support KPI achievement.

Lead training needs analysis and execute the annual training plan. Manage LMS administration, coordinate learning programmes and vendors, run orientations, track attendance/feedback, support Management Trainee program, produce monthly L&D reports, and drive employer branding and learning culture across business units.

Manage and grow an express courier customer portfolio through regular follow-ups, generate new leads, handle inquiries and reservations, resolve client issues, collaborate with the team to meet sales targets, and track/report pipeline progress.

Conduct market research, prospect and meet potential customers, gather and share customer feedback, strengthen client relationships to improve retention, evaluate personal performance against targets, and ensure consistent service quality by following SOPs and driving quality improvements.
