CANDIDATE PROFILE:
* Minimum 4-5 years' experience in visa services, visa consultancy, corporate travel or a related field
* Strong technical knowledge of visa requirements across multiple destinations
* Proven experience in corporate client relationship management and business development
* Ability to independently manage complex client portfolios
* Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
* Leadership ability with experience coaching or mentoring team members
* High level of professionalism, commercial awareness and customer focus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systems
* Any academic or professional qualification relevant to travel, tourism, business or customer service will be an added advantage
