Leads software engineering teams and initiatives, overseeing cloud applications, architecture, Agile delivery, CI/CD, DevOps, secure development, testing, deployment, production support, and vendor management. Partners with product and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise applications and digital products while managing team capacity, performance, talent development, governance, and continuous improvement.

Manage information security governance, risk, and compliance across multiple business entities. Maintain the ISMS, coordinate ISO 27001 certification and audits, assess technology security posture, monitor controls and vulnerabilities, oversee third-party risk and compliance remediation, support data protection activities, and lead security awareness, reporting, and governance initiatives with senior stakeholders and external providers.

Maintains financial records and daily transactions, supports month-end and year-end closing, and manages accounts payable and receivable. Performs bank reconciliations, monitors cash flow, prepares management accounts and financial reports, and supports VAT, statutory compliance, and audits. Coordinates with internal teams, maintains documentation, and contributes to finance process and control improvements.
