Coordinate vessel arrivals/departures, clearances, cargo operations, invoicing, equipment inventory, and container evacuations while liaising with port authorities, agents, and customers to ensure smooth vessel operations.

Manage air and sea cargo operations and customs clearances for imports/exports. Ensure regulatory compliance, follow client agreements, coordinate with internal teams and carriers, update tracking/invoicing systems, and close jobs on time.

Support business development and marketing through investment analysis, tender management, lead generation, and proposal development. Execute branding and communications campaigns, create multimedia content, manage stakeholder engagement and events, monitor performance metrics, and assist with operations, budgets, vendor coordination, and OHS/ISO support.
