Drives the full B2B technology sales cycle for strategic accounts, builds executive relationships, identifies customer needs, develops differentiated IT solutions, prepares proposals and financial models, and grows revenue. Coordinates technical and support resources, engages vendors, develops account plans, responds to RFPs, and pursues new business opportunities. The role requires strong consultative selling, communication, CRM, technology-learning, and account-planning skills.

Sells telecommunications products and services at community kiosks, events, and retail partner locations. Engages residents, performs needs assessments, provides consultative sales presentations, answers product questions, and builds customer relationships. Maintains sales and interaction records in a CRM, follows up with customers, and seeks opportunities to increase sales. Requires outdoor work, local community travel, and evening or weekend availability.

Supports U.S. Federal Broadband Programs through site walks, GIS mapping, address validation, financial recordkeeping, reconciliation, invoice preparation, data entry, and development of documentation for broadband program milestones and construction awards serving unserved and underserved locations.

Designs and presents technology solutions for business customers, supports sales proposals and demonstrations, assesses customer needs, and provides technical guidance. Collaborates with sales, product, project management, and delivery teams to transition solutions into implementation and support customers post-sale. Requires extensive experience in solutions architecture or sales engineering, network and cloud technologies, security, system design, and customer-facing technical leadership.

Designs, configures, installs, tests, and troubleshoots enterprise network infrastructure, including Arista, Cisco, Palo Alto, SD-WAN, routing, switching, and wireless systems. Supports field installations, equipment staging, site readiness, cutovers, migrations, validation, and operational handoffs. Creates network documentation, as-built diagrams, test results, and implementation notes while collaborating with architects, project managers, customers, and operations teams. Requires 5–7 years of network engineering or technical implementation experience and may require nights, weekends, and holidays for project deployments.

Designs, implements, troubleshoots, and supports advanced enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, firewalls, and security edge technologies. Consults with customers, develops implementation and migration plans, configures network equipment, leads field deployments and cutovers, validates service restoration, and provides technical direction to field resources. Requires strong customer communication and extensive hands-on experience with Arista, VeloCloud, Cisco, and Palo Alto platforms.
