Designs and presents technology solutions for business customers, supports sales proposals and demonstrations, assesses customer needs, and provides technical guidance. Collaborates with sales, product, project management, and delivery teams to transition solutions into implementation and support customers post-sale. Requires extensive experience in solutions architecture or sales engineering, network and cloud technologies, security, system design, and customer-facing technical leadership.

Monitors and surveils telecommunications networks in a 24x7 NOC environment. Provides Tier 1 support for network outages, alarms, provisioning, switching, transport, VoIP, video, and MPLS services. Creates and manages trouble tickets, coordinates outage restoration, escalates issues, maintains network documentation, administers network management systems, produces performance reports, and supports preventive maintenance and new technology deployments.

Leads business customer operations spanning post-sale implementation, project management, order processing, billing, customer care, and service support. Oversees operational metrics, process standardization, escalations, vendor and internal partnerships, and continuous improvement. Develops and retains high-performing teams while ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction across business telecommunications products and services.

Designs, configures, installs, tests, and troubleshoots enterprise network infrastructure, including Arista, Cisco, Palo Alto, SD-WAN, routing, switching, and wireless systems. Supports field installations, equipment staging, site readiness, cutovers, migrations, validation, and operational handoffs. Creates network documentation, as-built diagrams, test results, and implementation notes while collaborating with architects, project managers, customers, and operations teams. Requires 5–7 years of network engineering or technical implementation experience and may require nights, weekends, and holidays for project deployments.

Designs, implements, troubleshoots, and supports advanced enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, firewalls, and security edge technologies. Consults with customers, develops implementation and migration plans, configures network equipment, leads field deployments and cutovers, validates service restoration, and provides technical direction to field resources. Requires strong customer communication and extensive hands-on experience with Arista, VeloCloud, Cisco, and Palo Alto platforms.
