Provides licensed administrative and operational support to investment advisors, including client account servicing, appointment coordination, documentation follow-up, compliance monitoring, business development support, and operational reporting. Licensed employees may assist with financial planning, open client accounts, and conduct securities transactions. The role coordinates service delivery among advisors, internal departments, compliance teams, and external partners while supporting client satisfaction and portfolio growth.

Manage the strategy, performance, growth, and evolution of consumer lending, debit, and credit card products. Lead product launches and enhancements from concept through implementation and measurement, using portfolio data, forecasting, market trends, and member behavior to guide decisions. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, monitor regulatory developments, assess risks, and identify new product and growth opportunities.
