Provide instrumentation and electrical maintenance and project support for oil & gas facilities including DCS/PLC troubleshooting, calibrations, analyzer maintenance, SS small-bore piping installation, contractor supervision, and on-call troubleshooting to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Designs, develops, and delivers instructor-led and virtual training aligned to competency frameworks. Manages LMS and training content, coordinates logistics, assesses learning needs and effectiveness, and supports enterprise initiatives like onboarding and leadership development. Partners with HR, business leaders, and SMEs to create engaging learning solutions and foster continuous development.

Lead commercial strategy and revenue stewardship for Alaska region: build forecasts, originate and negotiate midstream oil and gas opportunities, develop economic models, maintain shipper and stakeholder relationships, coordinate with operations, legal, and regulatory teams, and support regional leadership. Travel to field and customer meetings.

Manage and mentor the IT Service Desk team to deliver hardware, software, networking, and telecom support across all locations. Develop support policies, escalate complex technical issues, coordinate deployments and infrastructure stability with sysadmins, track tickets and metrics, train staff, document procedures, recruit and manage dispersed technicians, and travel (~20%) to field offices for on-site assessments and training.

The SCADA Support Manager leads teams focused on SCADA applications and OT services, ensuring reliability and performance of control systems while managing vendor relations and incident responses.
