Designs, develops, and delivers instructor-led and virtual training aligned to competency frameworks. Manages LMS and training content, coordinates logistics, assesses learning needs and effectiveness, and supports enterprise initiatives like onboarding and leadership development. Partners with HR, business leaders, and SMEs to create engaging learning solutions and foster continuous development.

Lead commercial strategy and revenue stewardship for Alaska region: build forecasts, originate and negotiate midstream oil and gas opportunities, develop economic models, maintain shipper and stakeholder relationships, coordinate with operations, legal, and regulatory teams, and support regional leadership. Travel to field and customer meetings.

The role manages commercial activities for pipeline assets, ensuring compliance, driving optimization, and executing business development and market analysis strategies.

Lead design, administration, and analytics of compensation programs including executive and incentive plans. Manage compensation strategy, benchmarking, salary planning, bonus administration, deferred compensation, compliance, and communications. Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and employment agreements, conduct due diligence, evaluate legal risk, and support management on litigation strategy and business transactions.

Provide technical support to improve plant and pipeline performance, identify and lead optimization and small-to-mid capital projects, support operations and due diligence, oversee implementation, and ensure regulatory and industry standard compliance.
