Lead development of midstream and downstream oil & gas projects from feasibility through Final Investment Decision (FID). Manage scope, engineering, budgets, schedules; prepare economic models and sensitivities; align cross-functional teams; negotiate commercial and technical terms; prepare board-level presentations; ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and process improvements.

The Engineering Manager will lead a team of discipline engineers, oversee project development, provide coaching, and manage financial reporting and meetings.
