Job Objective:
The Truck Ticket Analyst is responsible for all crude lease customer ticket transactions generated by each load purchased by the Marketing group. This role ensures that all truck tickets are received daily from 3rd party haulers and entered timely into the system of record (Pak Transportation). This role works closely with crude truck schedulers, crude traders, 3rd party customers, 3rd party haulers, and other internal stakeholders to resolve ticket issues or disputes. This role requires a meticulous approach to data handling, a strong understanding of financial and operational processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment within the energy industry.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
The Truck Ticket Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring that our customers are paid accurately for all crude purchases in a month. Additionally, the Truck Ticket Analyst will work closely with the accounting group to resolve any variances on 3rd party truck invoices.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely reconciliation of all lease ticket transactions for the Marketing group each day.
- Analyzes a large amount of data ensure no duplicates or invalid tickets are received or entered into the system from 3rd party haulers.
- Validate and reconcile deliveries and purchase tickets, ensuring no ticket is missing using the provided station log reconciliation tools and systems. Use various reports including daily ticket report, station logs, or other reports as needed.
- Resolves ticket issues and propose proactive actions to avoid repeat errors. Use independent knowledge and creativity to handle all potential issues related to ticket transaction and improve the process with assigned haulers.
- Responsible for coordinating correction of tickets, as well as research and timely resolution of all loads hauled in error.
- Responsible for the reconciliation of tickets to the station logs to ensure accurate financials including payables, gain/loss and crude sales market.
- Work closely with schedulers and 3rd party haulers to address any issues related to truck ticketing, reconciliations or inventory discrepancies.
- Work with Inventory Analyst to report monthly on truck station over/shorts.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role.
- Familiarity with crude oil operations, truck operations, and lease purchase agreements is a plus.
- Experience at Harvest Midstream preferred
- Proven experience in data analysis, reconciliation, or accounting roles.
Education Requirements:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or related discipline
