Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels to generate student admission leads. Optimize cost per lead and conversion rates using analytics, AI-powered tools, and automation. Track campaign performance through Google Analytics and dashboards, create and improve landing pages and digital funnels, and collaborate with admissions teams to increase lead-to-admission conversions.

Manages school finance operations, including student fee collection, accounts payable and receivable, ledgers, invoices, bank reconciliations, vendor payments, statutory compliance, audits, and financial reporting. The role also handles parent fee queries, vendor coordination, documentation, and occasional bank visits.

Promote the Harvest Curriculum across partner schools, build relationships with school stakeholders, conduct on-ground marketing activities and presentations, and identify new education-sector partnership opportunities. The role requires strong communication, proactive relationship-building, and extensive travel, with travel expenses and accommodation covered.

Oversee the school’s full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, performance management, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, benefits, leave administration, and staff training. The role develops HR policies, manages statutory records and audits, supports professional development, resolves workplace concerns, and aligns people practices with educational and labor requirements.

Teach Kannada to primary students using inquiry-based, IB PYP-aligned lessons. Develop reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills; integrate language learning with transdisciplinary themes; assess progress; maintain student records; communicate with parents; collaborate with teachers and coordinators; and promote Kannada language and culture through classroom activities and school events.

Teach Physics at the higher-secondary level while supporting student academic, emotional, and social development.
