Provides academic and instructional leadership for Science education across grades. Leads curriculum design, content development, assessment creation, teacher training, instructional coaching, classroom evaluation, resource management, and continuous academic improvement. Analyzes student performance to address learning gaps and strengthens inquiry-based, experiential, practical, competency-based, and application-oriented Science teaching in collaboration with school leadership and educators.

Leads the school-wide Mathematics curriculum, including planning, implementation, assessment, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. Provides academic leadership to Mathematics teachers, mentors staff, monitors teaching quality, analyses student performance, oversees learning resources, and promotes inquiry-based, technology-enhanced, and experiential learning. The role also supports teacher development, student enrichment activities, curriculum alignment with CBSE or IB frameworks, and school-wide academic strategy.

Executes offline and BTL marketing initiatives across school campuses, including roadshows, apartment activations, exhibitions, community outreach, corporate partnerships, and admission events. Coordinates vendors, agencies, logistics, on-ground teams, collateral distribution, budgets, and invoicing. Tracks footfalls, leads, and conversions while supporting digital content coverage and maintaining activity calendars aligned with admissions goals.

Oversee daily school transportation operations, including route planning, fleet maintenance, driver and attendant supervision, scheduling, safety compliance, recordkeeping, parent communication, staff training, and emergency response. Coordinate with school administration to ensure safe, efficient, and timely transportation for students and staff.

Promote the Harvest Curriculum across partner schools, build relationships with school stakeholders, conduct on-ground marketing activities and presentations, and identify new education-sector partnership opportunities. The role requires strong communication, proactive relationship-building, and extensive travel, with travel expenses and accommodation covered.

Teach Kannada to primary students using inquiry-based, IB PYP-aligned lessons. Develop reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills; integrate language learning with transdisciplinary themes; assess progress; maintain student records; communicate with parents; collaborate with teachers and coordinators; and promote Kannada language and culture through classroom activities and school events.

Develop and review science content across Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and General Science. Create curriculum-aligned lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and question banks; train teachers; conduct school visits and academic audits; provide classroom support and feedback; validate content quality; analyze student performance; and integrate innovative teaching methods and digital tools. The role requires approximately 60% travel to partner schools.
