Oversee daily operations of a residential/community program for individuals with developmental disabilities. Ensure health and safety, supervise staff, manage scheduling/budget/site maintenance, support medical needs and documentation, implement person-centered plans, participate in on-call rotation, and provide direct care.

Oversee daily operations of residential programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. Provide person-centered supervision and direct care, support medical and daily living needs, manage staff scheduling and performance, maintain program budgets and facilities, complete documentation, participate in on-call rotation, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and HIPAA standards.

Oversee and supervise staff delivering community residential services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Serve as designated coordinator/QIDP, ensure person-centered plans are implemented, provide coaching, advocacy, scheduling support, and on-call coverage as needed.

Lead finance, accounting, and facilities functions; drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, internal controls, audit readiness, and cash/investment management. Serve on senior leadership team, advise Board and Finance Committee, develop staff, oversee asset and facilities management, vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance to support organizational strategy and financial sustainability.
