Teams at Harry Meyering Center

Provides person-centered in-home and community support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, transportation, appointments, healthcare access, household tasks, goal development, community participation, advocacy, benefits, and financial matters. The specialist communicates with support teams, follows care procedures and regulations, and helps train new employees.

Lead and supervise a team providing person-centered support for developmentally disabled individuals in residential and community settings. Oversee daily operations, staffing, budgeting, documentation, medication administration, safety, vehicle and location upkeep, and staff training/orientation. Participate in on-call rotation, assist with direct care and person-centered planning, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and HIPAA guidelines.
