Manage real estate debt financing transactions from origination through closing, including lender outreach, structuring, negotiations, diligence, and documentation. Supports the European Investor Solutions Group with investor reporting, client and prospect presentations, marketing materials, fundraising tasks, Salesforce maintenance, industry and investor research, and conference coordination. The intern will respond to client information requests, analyze investment-related data, monitor real-asset market trends using AI, and help identify potential investors across Europe and the Middle East. Success requires strong communication, organization, analytical, research, Excel, and presentation skills.

Build and maintain complex financial models for infrastructure investments, including underwriting, valuation, financing, sensitivity analysis, and returns. Support investment origination, due diligence, execution, asset management, capital calls, dispositions, refinancing, business planning, and joint venture structuring. Prepare investment committee materials, conduct sector research, interact with partners and advisors, and mentor junior team members.

Support portfolio management by analyzing fund and asset performance, preparing investor-facing reports and presentations, maintaining financial projection and construction models, coordinating with internal teams on capital activity and valuations, responding to investor diligence, and contributing to data and platform initiatives to improve reporting and investor communications.
