Owns end-to-end corporate events and experiences across North America, including employee gatherings, client events, executive meetings, conferences, and celebrations. Responsibilities include concept development, venue and vendor management, budgets, contracts, logistics, branded materials, annual calendar coordination, and on-site execution. The role partners with senior leaders and Talent & Culture committees, improves recurring programming, and develops scalable planning processes while delivering polished, high-touch experiences.

Coordinate day-to-day People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data changes, HRIS administration, personnel records, benefits and payroll support, reporting, employment documentation, orientations, and process improvement projects. Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism. Support system implementations, integrations, presentations, and team coverage during peak periods.

Build and maintain complex financial models for infrastructure investments, including underwriting, valuation, financing, sensitivity analysis, and returns. Support portfolio management by analyzing fund and asset performance, preparing investor-facing reports and presentations, maintaining financial projection and construction models, coordinating with internal teams on capital activity and valuations, responding to investor diligence, and contributing to data and platform initiatives to improve reporting and investor communications.

Ten-week summer internship supporting Transactions team with financial analysis, cash-flow and refinancing modeling, investment research, market and property analysis, and preparation of Investment Committee materials and investor pitch books. Responsibilities include financial analysis, data compilation, monitoring fund performance, assisting investor reporting, using third-party systems, validating data for firmwide platforms, and participating in cross-department meetings. Provides broad exposure to fundraising, acquisitions, asset management, and investor communications.

The Director of Digital Assets will drive performance and optimization of a data center portfolio by overseeing acquisitions, developing strategies for asset management, and ensuring alignment with investment objectives.

Designs, builds, and maintains scalable data pipelines, data marts, enterprise data platforms, and ETL processes. Integrates diverse data sources, improves data quality and performance, and supports secure analytics infrastructure using Microsoft Fabric and Azure. Develops Tableau and Power BI dashboards, collaborates with cybersecurity and cross-functional teams, manages project deliverables, documents processes, and trains team members on data organization and interpretation.
