Process accounts payable, expenses, invoices, and remittances accurately and timely. Ensure claims are mathematically correct with proper approvals, maintain supplier and expense files, and provide finance team and business unit support.

Provide frontline and escalated technical support for Prism products, perform root-cause analysis and post-incident documentation, own and author Confluence knowledge-base content, capture institutional knowledge into an AI knowledge agent, and build/deploy AI phone/web support agents and Jira automations. Act as cross-functional liaison, mentor analysts, and measure impact via ticket deflection and escalation reduction.

Serve as primary technical contact for carrier customers, diagnosing and resolving web application, API, and data ingestion issues. Reproduce problems, run SQL queries, provide workarounds, deliver RCA documentation, maintain KB articles and runbooks, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Operations to surface systemic issues.
