Design and build integrations connecting legacy practice management systems to an AI platform. Responsibilities include AI-assisted schema mapping, data modeling, ETL pipelines, REST/SOAP APIs, data cleansing, quality monitoring, production troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration across architecture, product, engineering, and operations teams. The role requires applying LLM tools to schema inference, field reconciliation, anomaly detection, and data-quality automation while handling healthcare data securely.

Responds to product and technical inquiries through phone and ticketing channels. Implements cloud-based systems under the direction of senior administrators. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, familiarity with system administration tools, hands-on cloud platform experience, OS scripting knowledge, and working knowledge of cloud security.

Provides strategic and operational leadership for the customer support organization, including team development, service delivery, escalations, performance metrics, process improvement, and customer retention. Leads adoption of AI-enabled support tools and automation, oversees ticketing systems, manages maintenance agreement commitments, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve customer experience and business results. Represents Support at customer events with occasional travel.
