Implement, deploy, and maintain CityView applications across customer environments (cloud and on‑premise). Perform installations, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, database updates, and off‑hours support. Resolve customer tickets, escalate defects to Development, and contribute to automation, AI‑assisted knowledge management, and operational runbooks.

Lead a finance team and oversee month/quarter/year-end close. Review complex software contract revenue recognition under IFRS 15, account reconciliations, forecasting, internal controls, audits, and finance process improvements. Serve as business partner to operational leaders and support special projects including due diligence and acquisition integrations.

Investigate and resolve complex customer and production issues across the full product lifecycle. Diagnose legacy systems, design and implement long-term solutions, and help modernize products (Angular/Java) while collaborating with Product, Support, QA, and Engineering. Engage directly with customers, participate in architecture discussions, and improve scalability, maintainability, and user experience.
