Provide hands-on administration and operational support for Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. Deploy and manage Azure resources, identity and access (Entra ID, RBAC, MFA), monitoring, backups/DR, networking, security, automation (PowerShell, Azure CLI, IaC), cost optimization, incident response, vendor coordination, and mentor junior staff. Remote role for BC/AB.

Lead design, implementation, and ongoing oversight of security compliance programs (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 42001). Manage audit readiness, control mapping, evidence collection automation, internal audits and CAPAs, third-party risk, and AI governance integration. Partner with Engineering, AI-Ops, Product, Legal, and Security to operationalize controls, produce compliance dashboards, and drive continuous improvement.

The role involves leading product delivery in R&D, ensuring operational performance, and transforming product initiatives into reliable software solutions. Responsibilities include overseeing teams, aligning priorities, and collaborating with clients and strategic executives to improve solutions and maintain technical excellence.
