Provide victims of crime with criminal justice information, emotional support, case updates, assistance with crime victims' compensation and Victim Impact Statements, court accompaniment, referrals to community services, and translation if bilingual. Attend pre-trial meetings and document interactions in compliance with Texas Code of Criminal Procedure.

Support attorneys and administrative staff in the Domestic Violence Division by managing and organizing case files, preparing dockets, answering phones, interacting with the public, handling emails, and performing clerical tasks such as scanning and e-filing. Interns act as primary support personnel and follow other tasks as directed.

Conduct and manage criminal investigations to support prosecutors: prepare cases, interview witnesses, serve subpoenas, write search warrant affidavits, assist law enforcement and trial preparation, maintain caseloads, and meet certification and background requirements.
