Provides crime victims with criminal justice information, emotional support, rights notifications, case updates, compensation paperwork assistance, victim impact statement support, court accompaniment, referrals, and criminal justice process guidance. Maintains clear correspondence, histories, records, and reports while coordinating with prosecutors, community partners, and victims. The role may also provide English-Spanish translation and requires flexibility for varying hours.

Support attorneys and administrative staff in the Domestic Violence Division by managing and organizing case files, preparing dockets, answering phones, interacting with the public, handling emails, and performing clerical tasks such as scanning and e-filing. Interns act as primary support personnel and follow other tasks as directed.

Conduct and manage criminal investigations to support prosecutors: prepare cases, interview witnesses, serve subpoenas, write search warrant affidavits, assist law enforcement and trial preparation, maintain caseloads, and meet certification and background requirements.
