The Sales Representative II develops customer relationships and solicits orders for refractory products. Responsibilities include customer visits, jobsite support, product selection and installation assistance, troubleshooting, quotations, order follow-up, inventory monitoring, collections support, forecasting, CRM reporting, sales presentations, and supplier relationship management. The role requires technical product knowledge, strong communication and analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and travel to customer accounts.

Supports plant and department managers with office administration, payroll and HR coordination, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, sales orders, purchasing, inventory support, and monthly reporting. Oversees research initiatives, competitive technology analysis, raw material specifications, and technical libraries. Supervises and develops technical staff while prioritizing safety. Requires extensive refractory product development expertise, technical leadership, and approximately 35% domestic and international travel.
