Validate battery pack electrical and thermal performance for the Auxiliary Power System. Read blueprints, use CAD/CAM, apply GD&T, troubleshoot fabrication challenges, optimize processes, introduce new shop equipment, and collaborate with engineering and production while following safety protocols.

Develops Ignition-based dashboards, reports, alerts, integrations, and automation for manufacturing operations. The role connects Siemens OpCenter MES and relational databases, writes SQL and Python/Jython logic, monitors system performance, and troubleshoots application and integration issues. It partners with manufacturing, engineering, quality, IT, supervisors, and operators to translate production needs into scalable solutions supporting KPIs such as OEE, throughput, downtime, quality, and scrap.

Prospect and develop government, municipal, dealer, and other customer opportunities across the Eastern U.S. Support dealer sales initiatives, establish new territory relationships, manage customer interactions in the CRM, and execute regional sales strategies. Travel extensively throughout the assigned region and occasionally out of state for trade shows, training, and national sales support. Arrange and accompany customers on manufacturing plant tours.

Owns NPI schedules, phase-gate processes, MRP and ISO implementation, shortage mitigation, alternate sourcing, and supply-chain impacts of engineering changes. Supports controls engineering by integrating and maintaining MATLAB and Simulink development environments.
