Lead budgeting and forecasting for BOM, Engineering NRE, and tooling. Serve as BOM subject-matter expert, analyze variances, partner with Engineering and Supply Chain on ECOs and CRB reviews, ensure data integrity, and deliver ad hoc financial analyses and insights to support leadership decisions.

Lead and grow a multidisciplinary Platform team (Frontend, Backend, DevOps) to deliver Fleet dashboard, payment integrations, and vehicle configuration tools; provide architecture and firmware integration guidance, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and drive prioritization and technical excellence.

Supports planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, ride-and-drives, dealer and fleet events, and other brand activations. Coordinates timelines, logistics, vendors, event assets, staffing, shipments, and on-site execution. Assists with website updates, social media copy, event communications, brand consistency, and post-event content. Collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Service, Operations, vendors, and partners to deliver B2B marketing events.
