Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and AV; build and maintain Atlassian products; configure and harden endpoints with JumpCloud; respond to incidents per SLAs; document resolutions and knowledge articles; manage IT assets and automate manual processes.

Provide first-level desktop support for hardware, peripherals, and software; respond to service requests within SLAs; provision and deploy computers; maintain IT asset inventory; install and upgrade OS, drivers, and applications; support end users and troubleshoot issues.

Lead budgeting and forecasting for BOM, Engineering NRE, and tooling. Serve as BOM subject-matter expert, analyze variances, partner with Engineering and Supply Chain on ECOs and CRB reviews, ensure data integrity, and deliver ad hoc financial analyses and insights to support leadership decisions.
