Run day-to-day operations for Hanover Park's NYC office: manage supplies, facilities, vendors, mail, onboarding logistics, internal events, budget tracking, and leadership support. Build operational playbooks to scale the office from ~50 to ~100 employees and ensure seamless employee experiences and vendor/building relationships.

As a Deployment Strategist, you'll ensure customer success post-contract by working closely with CFOs, creating workflows, and developing training for AI tools.
