Provide Level 1 IT support for Windows devices, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, user accounts, connectivity, onboarding, and offboarding. Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, WiFi, and application issues while documenting resolutions and supporting employees at client and company sites. The role may grow into Level 2 responsibilities including Windows and Linux administration, networking, Intune, security tools, scripting, escalations, documentation, and mentoring.

Processes customer payments, invoices, billing statements, account reconciliations, and receivables reporting. The role manages commercial leaders, develops high-performing teams, drives complex B2B sales across multiple markets, oversees key negotiations, partners with finance and marketing, and establishes operating rhythms and KPIs to improve profitability, customer retention, and target attainment.

Installs, integrates, programs, tests, commissions, and maintains building management and critical infrastructure control systems. Provides customer-site troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, on-call support, project assistance, and technical feedback on MEP drawings and operating procedures. Coordinates with customers, vendors, engineering, and project management teams, while training colleagues and supporting deployments across regions.

The role also oversees invoicing processes, supports audits, participates in project reviews, and identifies process improvements while coordinating across sales, estimating, project management, finance, procurement, logistics, and operations.

Leads multiple project teams and oversees program delivery, governance, performance, risk management, root cause analysis, process improvement, budgeting, procurement, forecasting, and client relationships. Mentors project staff, evaluates team performance, escalates significant issues, monitors project progress, and advises management on business opportunities and risks.
