Supports PMO projects by creating plans, tracking milestones, timelines, risks, budgets, expenses, and performance. Prepares reports, presentations, documentation, and meeting minutes; schedules meetings; maintains project platforms; assists project managers; coordinates stakeholders and clients; resolves project issues; and ensures compliance and accurate records.

Manage and coordinate Electrical Low Voltage programs across AMER, oversee multiple project teams, mentor project managers, enforce governance, optimize processes, control budgets, mitigate risks, and maintain client relationships.

Provide Level 1 IT support for Windows devices, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, user accounts, connectivity, onboarding, and offboarding. Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, WiFi, and application issues while documenting resolutions and supporting employees at client and company sites. The role may grow into Level 2 responsibilities including Windows and Linux administration, networking, Intune, security tools, scripting, escalations, documentation, and mentoring.
