Supports procurement operations by creating and managing purchase orders in SAP, maintaining vendor and inventory records, reviewing order accuracy, expediting shipments, tracking deliveries, and resolving routine procurement and vendor issues. The role communicates with internal teams, vendors, field technicians, warehouses, and global offices while maintaining procurement documentation and identifying process improvements.

Leads Hanley Energy’s global commercial strategy, revenue growth, sales execution, strategic accounts, forecasting, pipeline discipline, territory planning, pricing, and P&L performance. The role manages commercial leaders, develops high-performing teams, drives complex B2B sales across multiple markets, oversees key negotiations, partners with finance and marketing, and establishes operating rhythms and KPIs to improve profitability, customer retention, and target attainment.

Installs, integrates, programs, tests, commissions, and maintains building management and critical infrastructure control systems. Provides customer-site troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, on-call support, project assistance, and technical feedback on MEP drawings and operating procedures. Coordinates with customers, vendors, engineering, and project management teams, while training colleagues and supporting deployments across regions.
