Own roadmap, strategy, and execution for a core product squad serving contractors. Lead discovery, define specs, ship 0→1 features with engineers and designers, track adoption and retention metrics, QA and polish flows, and support GTM with product collateral. Apply mobile-first, AI-first, and customer-obsessed principles.

Build and run Handoff's outbound sales motion for SMB remodeling contractors. Own full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to demo and close. Test and scale outreach cadences, track funnel metrics, codify playbooks, and help expand outbound into larger multi-location and franchise accounts.

Own and execute Handoff's content strategy, lead SEO and keyword/topic clustering, partner cross-functionally to produce high-quality content, define KPIs, run experiments, scale production with internal and external contributors, and iterate based on data to drive growth.

Full-cycle Mid-Market/Enterprise Account Executive responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting, running tailored product demos, managing pipeline in HubSpot, negotiating and closing deals, and building multi-stakeholder relationships across the construction supply chain to hit MRR/ARR targets.

Build and maintain scalable frontend and backend systems powering AI-driven contractor workflows. Develop APIs and responsive mobile/web components, optimize performance, mentor engineers, collaborate with product, design, and AI teams, and evaluate new tools to improve reliability and user experience.

Drive adoption and conversions by guiding trial users to subscription: demonstrate product value, run tailored demos, monitor activation, handle objections, assist with payment, and meet monthly/quarterly conversion targets while collaborating with product and marketing.

Lead end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across video, social, email, webinars, and lifecycle channels. Define strategy, KPIs, and measurement frameworks; create repeatable playbooks; run experiments; collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success; scale campaign production while ensuring high-quality execution and continuous optimization based on data and user insights.

Build and scale Handoff's sales function end-to-end: design outbound engine, optimize inbound conversion, launch re-engagement, drive expansion with Customer Success, hire and coach reps, maintain HubSpot CRM, own forecasting, KPIs, and repeatable playbooks.
