Lead engineering and design squads, conduct customer discovery, prioritize opportunities, define success metrics, analyze product performance, and drive adoption, retention, and business impact. Translate product capabilities into customer benefits and support go-to-market teams. Build polished, AI-first products for contractors and remodelers in a fast-paced startup environment.

Drive full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise construction supply-chain customers: high-volume outbound prospecting, tailored demos, multi-stakeholder account penetration, HubSpot pipeline management, negotiation, and closing to hit MRR/ARR targets while refining outbound playbooks.
