Account Executive at Handoff
You will play a key role in growing Handoff by building strong client relationships and driving adoption of our platform. Collaborate with product and marketing to shape our client strategy and make a real impact. You you will be responsible for communicating the value proposition of the product and address any objections or concerns raised by users.

What you'll do

  • Demonstrate expertise and comprehensive understanding of our product, it’s features, and it’s core value proposition.
  • Leverage your product knowledge to drive user engagement, activation, and conversion from the Trial period into subscribers.
  • Guide Users through specific actions and features within the product that are correlated with conversion success (Activation).
  • Provide personalized support and guidance to help Users maximize the value they derive from the product during the trial period.
  • Actively monitor user progress and intervene when necessary to address barriers to Activation.
  • Conduct quick and compelling product demonstrations tailored to the needs and interests of individual Users.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of the product and address any objections or concerns raised by Users.
  • Utilize objection handling techniques to overcome hesitations and build confidence in the decision to subscribe.
  • Facilitate subscription starts by guiding Users through the payment process over the phone or through online channels.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly conversion targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

About You

  • Product obsessed, passionate about how the App can change the lives of Users.
  • Tech-savvy, always finding ways to make your process more efficient and effective.
  • Deep familiarity with Sales tech stacks — CRM (Hubspot), VoIP, Product Analytics tooling, etc.
  • Excited by the hustle and grit it requires to be on the frontlines of early product adoption.
  • Problem-solver, finding workarounds and removing blockers — you aren’t blocked easily.
  • Excited about being a part of a startup environment and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
  • Near-native English skills — you can jump into any conversation or write with confidence.

Skills Required

  • Deep familiarity with sales tech stack (HubSpot CRM, VoIP, product analytics)
  • Near-native English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven ability to convert trial users to paying subscribers and meet quotas
  • Experience conducting product demonstrations and using objection-handling techniques
  • Product-obsessed and tech-savvy with continuous process improvement mindset
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment and operating with hustle and grit
