Provide L3/L4 technical support for Hammerspace customers across the West Coast and Asia, troubleshoot complex filesystem, storage, and networking issues, drive escalations to resolution, collaborate with sales/product/engineering, document learnings for the knowledge base, and participate in team ceremonies and process improvements.

Lead pre-sales technical engagements in China for Hammerspace, translating customer requirements into storage and data management solutions. Run evaluations, benchmarks, demos, and RFP responses; collaborate with sales, partners, product, and marketing; and provide domain expertise on distributed storage, file systems, cloud, and networking architectures.

Embed with strategic accounts to design and deploy data architectures that accelerate AI/ML and HPC workloads. Build custom integrations, debug high-speed networks and storage, collaborate with engineering to convert field fixes into product improvements, and identify expansion opportunities while managing technical stakeholders.

Lead regional enterprise sales in New England for a data platform: develop and execute regional sales plans, acquire and manage enterprise accounts, collaborate with SDRs/marketing/product/engineering, manage pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools, analyze market trends, and travel up to 50% to close deals and maintain customer relationships.

Provide pre-sales technical leadership for Hammerspace storage solutions: assess customer needs, design architectures, run evaluations/benchmarks, deliver technical presentations, lead RFP/RFI responses, and collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to win business.

The Forward Deployed Engineer at Hammerspace will optimize AI and data architectures, engage deeply with clients, and ensure seamless integration of Hammerspace solutions in hybrid-cloud environments.

You will design and implement automation frameworks using Python and shell scripts, manage infrastructure as code with Ansible and Terraform, and collaborate with teams to ensure robust, reliable environments, while also performing hands-on tasks in data centers.
