Teams at Hammerspace

Provide L3/L4 technical support for Hammerspace customers across the West Coast and Asia, troubleshoot complex filesystem, storage, and networking issues, drive escalations to resolution, collaborate with sales/product/engineering, document learnings for the knowledge base, and participate in team ceremonies and process improvements.

Lead pre-sales technical engagements in China for Hammerspace, translating customer requirements into storage and data management solutions. Run evaluations, benchmarks, demos, and RFP responses; collaborate with sales, partners, product, and marketing; and provide domain expertise on distributed storage, file systems, cloud, and networking architectures.

Embed with strategic accounts to design and deploy data architectures that accelerate AI/ML and HPC workloads. Build custom integrations, debug high-speed networks and storage, collaborate with engineering to convert field fixes into product improvements, and identify expansion opportunities while managing technical stakeholders.
