Teams at Hammerspace

Serve as a technical expert throughout enterprise sales cycles for Hammerspace’s data platform. Partner with sales teams, account managers, specialists, and channel partners to understand customer needs, design storage and cloud solutions, lead evaluations and benchmarks, deliver technical presentations, respond to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, and secure technical wins. Provide expertise in distributed storage, file systems, networking, Linux, cloud-native architectures, containers, and competitive storage technologies while supporting new business and revenue growth.

Own the technical motion for West partner-led sales, including discovery, architecture, POC design and execution, technical closing, partner enablement, workshops, RFP responses, and competitive positioning. Support VARs, system integrators, distributors, and technology alliances while translating requirements into Hammerspace architectures across existing storage, cloud, and AI/HPC environments. The role requires Western-region coverage and up to 40% travel.

Lead quality assurance for storage and filesystem features, designing test strategies, executing system, stress, regression, and cross-functional testing, and developing automation. Collaborate with developers, tools teams, and customer support to improve testability, reproduce issues, and debug defects. The role requires expertise in NFS, SMB, NAS filesystems, Linux, Windows, VMware, shell scripting, Python, packet capture, test infrastructure, and release management.
