Supports the Provost, COO, and Dean of Faculty by managing schedules, meetings, travel, communications, office operations, events, expenses, invoices, and confidential information. The coordinator prepares briefing materials, drafts communications, coordinates visitors and service providers, tracks action items, and maintains efficient office procedures. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, multitasking, and familiarity with university systems and FERPA.

Executes integrated marketing campaigns, develops brand messaging and copy for digital and print channels, creates content, tracks campaign results, and supports university recruitment, advancement, and branding initiatives. Coordinates with campus departments and creative teams, manages production schedules and marketing collateral, assists with project workflows, processes invoices, tracks expenses, and provides administrative support for Marketing and Communications meetings.

Administers student registration processes and coordinates academic scheduling for undergraduate, graduate, and continuing studies programs. Provides registration support, troubleshoots issues, processes specialized registrations, maintains course listings and documentation, and communicates academic procedures. Assists with classroom scheduling, Student Information System testing and support, commencement preparation, and process improvements while protecting confidential student information under FERPA.

Serves as a trusted HR advisor to university leaders, managers, faculty, and staff. Provides guidance on employee and labor relations, investigations, performance management, compensation, classification, organizational effectiveness, leaves, accommodations, compliance, workforce planning, and recruitment. Coaches managers through complex employee matters, supports represented employees and collective bargaining issues, and uses Workday and HR data to improve HR processes and service delivery.

Manages a portfolio of corporate and foundation prospects, builds donor relationships, develops fundraising strategies, solicits major gifts and sponsorships, prepares proposals and gift agreements, and oversees stewardship activities. Collaborates with university leadership and Institutional Advancement departments, supports events and volunteer fundraisers, and travels to meet donors. The role focuses on securing gifts of $500,000 or more and requires occasional evening and weekend work.

Coordinates CRM-based email, SMS, event, and automated communication campaigns for prospective students. Builds responsive templates, manages audience data and Liquid personalization, schedules messages, and performs quality assurance. Collaborates with admissions, enrollment operations, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency and recruitment timelines. Monitors engagement metrics, troubleshoots delivery issues, supports event communications, documents workflows, and ensures compliance with communication regulations and data privacy standards.

Serve as the universitys senior marketing and communications leader, translating institutional strategy into integrated marketing, brand, digital, and crisis communications plans; lead and mentor a 8-10 person team; manage $1.5-2M budgets; build media relationships; oversee digital strategy (SEM/SEO, analytics, website, social); act as senior advisor and spokesperson to executive leadership and Board; and drive enrollment and advancement-focused marketing initiatives.

The Controller leads the accounting, payroll, and student accounts departments, ensuring financial integrity and timely reporting. Responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing audits, tax filings, and preparing financial statements, while maintaining a positive workplace culture and promoting collaboration and innovation.
