Serve as the universitys senior marketing and communications leader, translating institutional strategy into integrated marketing, brand, digital, and crisis communications plans; lead and mentor a 8-10 person team; manage $1.5-2M budgets; build media relationships; oversee digital strategy (SEM/SEO, analytics, website, social); act as senior advisor and spokesperson to executive leadership and Board; and drive enrollment and advancement-focused marketing initiatives.

The Controller leads the accounting, payroll, and student accounts departments, ensuring financial integrity and timely reporting. Responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing audits, tax filings, and preparing financial statements, while maintaining a positive workplace culture and promoting collaboration and innovation.
