The Director of Financial Aid oversees financial aid operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing student enrollment through effective aid strategies and leadership of the financial aid team.

Coordinate ATLAS communications, events, and content integration for adult education statewide. Manage newsletters, events calendar, website and PD catalog; provide virtual event hosting and CEU/ evaluation coordination; lead specialized PD in at least one content area. Support team operations, travel statewide 2–4 times/year, and provide occasional onsite event logistics and technical support.

The Controller leads the accounting, payroll, and student accounts departments, ensuring financial integrity and timely reporting. Responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing audits, tax filings, and preparing financial statements, while maintaining a positive workplace culture and promoting collaboration and innovation.
