Teams at Hamline University

Provide one-on-one career coaching for students and alumni, coordinate outreach and programming, develop workshops and online resources, administer career assessments, collaborate with faculty and alumni, maintain confidential records, and support recruiting and career-readiness initiatives.

Provide high-level administrative and logistical support to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement and fundraising team, including calendar and travel management, donor correspondence, database maintenance, event support, invoice and expense processing, and stewardship mailings. Serve as first point of contact for donors and assist with trusteeship materials and donor visits.

Coordinate day-to-day Wesley Center office operations, supervise and train student staff, provide executive assistant support to the University Chaplain, manage event planning and communications, and collaborate across campus and community partners to support programs and publications.
