Teams at Hamline University

Coordinates the Edmondson Heim Education Fellows Program, including applications, awards, records, budgets, internships, conferences, events, student progress, assessment, promotion, and donor reporting. The role collaborates with university leadership, Financial Aid, Institutional Advancement, Marketing, faculty, and community partners. It maintains confidential information, supports Fellow recruitment and retention, gathers outcomes and feedback, and prepares the annual program report.

Supports the Provost, COO, and Dean of Faculty by managing schedules, meetings, travel, communications, office operations, events, expenses, invoices, and confidential information. The coordinator prepares briefing materials, drafts communications, coordinates visitors and service providers, tracks action items, and maintains efficient office procedures. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, multitasking, and familiarity with university systems and FERPA.

Executes integrated marketing campaigns, develops brand messaging and copy for digital and print channels, creates content, tracks campaign results, and supports university recruitment, advancement, and branding initiatives. Coordinates with campus departments and creative teams, manages production schedules and marketing collateral, assists with project workflows, processes invoices, tracks expenses, and provides administrative support for Marketing and Communications meetings.
