Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA QMSR, EU MDR, MDSAP, and other regulations; manage internal and external audits, inspections, findings, and corrective actions. Partner with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Engineering, Service, and Operations to maintain inspection readiness and support product registrations and regulatory submissions.

Owns Hamilton Medical’s Azure cloud infrastructure and platform strategy for regulated digital health products. Responsibilities include tenant and subscription governance, IAM, networking, compute, storage, monitoring, incident response, disaster recovery, infrastructure as code, platform standards, roadmap planning, cloud security compliance, vCISO coordination, and cost optimization. The role requires autonomous ownership of critical production infrastructure, strong analytical problem-solving, and clear communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
