Responsibilities include direct selling, territory planning, lead generation, customer relationship management, product training, workshops, competitive analysis, CRM maintenance, sales target achievement, and support for service teams and sales partners. The role requires frequent domestic and international travel, fluent French and English, medical sales experience, strong communication skills, and a full driver’s license.

Lead and continuously improve the global Quality Management System across Switzerland, Romania, and the USA. Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA QMSR, EU MDR, MDSAP, and other regulations; manage internal and external audits, inspections, findings, and corrective actions. Partner with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Engineering, Service, and Operations to maintain inspection readiness and support product registrations and regulatory submissions.
