Develop and execute strategic sourcing and commodity strategies for specialized semiconductor materials and electromechanical components. Manage supplier selection, qualification, contracts, capacity, performance, and risk mitigation. Manage customer audits, compliance, certificates of analysis, product change approvals, RMAs, root-cause investigations, and failure analysis. Scale Arena QMS and PLM systems to support IATF 16949, PPAP, and multi-market requirements. Drive quality control, AIAG Core Tools, corrective actions, Kaizen, DMAIC, and process capability improvements while recruiting and developing a quality engineering team.

Develop and maintain C# machine-control software for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Integrate industrial communication protocols, PLCs, robotics, motion systems, lasers, data acquisition devices, and operator interfaces. Support automation state machines, system integration, debugging, testing, and validation. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and systems engineers while following control standards, safety practices, documentation, version control, and software quality processes.

Lead and scale Halo's multinational People function, building HR infrastructure (talent acquisition, compensation, payroll, compliance, L&D, employee relations). Partner with executive team to drive culture, organizational design, performance management, and leadership development to support rapid manufacturing growth.

Lead design and implementation of production-line machine control software and operator interfaces. Architect equipment-to-factory communications, integrate industrial protocols and PLCs, develop C#/C++ GUIs, implement motion and vision systems, build robust automation state machines, perform system/component testing, and maintain documentation and Agile workflows.

Design, prototype, test, and deploy high-precision electro-mechanical wafer processing equipment. Lead CAD-based conceptual and detailed designs, validate prototypes, release parts and ECOs, and collaborate with software, electrical, and manufacturing teams to scale production. Perform root-cause analysis and work with fabricators using DFM principles to ensure robust manufacturable designs.

Manage document control and change management for product lifecycle activities, processing ECOs and deviations, maintaining traceable records, training stakeholders on PLM and document procedures, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams, and driving process improvements to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Lead design, build, test, and deployment of high-precision electro-mechanical wafer processing equipment. Serve as technical lead on engineering projects, perform structural/thermal/tolerance analyses, build prototypes, release parts and ECOs, apply DFM, collaborate with cross-functional teams, investigate failures, review designs, and mentor junior engineers.

The role involves leading the design and development of machine control software for semiconductor manufacturing, ensuring integration and reliability across systems.

Act as primary customer interface for quality, drive continuous improvements from customer feedback, host audits and ensure COA/CSR compliance, manage PCNs/PCIs and PPAP readiness, oversee Customer RMA lifecycle including root-cause investigations and HIR, and report corrective actions to management.

The Senior NPI Engineer will manage the transition of new product designs into manufacturing, ensuring quality and process optimization while collaborating with design and manufacturing teams.
