Provide first-line, on-site technical support for Windows and macOS users; troubleshoot hardware, printers, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP); manage onboarding/offboarding; use ticketing systems and escalate complex issues to specialist teams; support after-hours on-call as needed while delivering strong customer service.

Authors and maintains SOPs, work instructions, quality records, calibration and testing guides, and training materials for laser-based semiconductor equipment. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, NPI, and quality teams to document complex hardware and operational processes. Creates visual documentation using CAD drawings and photographs, maintains formal document control, supports ISO, SEMI, and laser-safety compliance, and drives continuous improvement through documentation audits and stakeholder feedback.

Lead integration, testing, verification, and deployment of laser-based wafer manufacturing systems. Define system interfaces, integrate electro-mechanical, optical, and software subsystems, develop test strategies, troubleshoot root causes, analyze performance data, create automation tools, mentor engineers, and support manufacturing handoffs through documentation and technical reporting.
