Rotational management training across service, parts, body shop, accounting, and sales departments over 29–48 months to prepare for dealership leadership. Trainees will perform customer-facing roles, learn departmental systems (DMS), handle scheduling, estimates, sales processes, and accounting tasks, share improvement ideas, and receive regular evaluations.

Lead vehicle acquisition for a dealership by building a team, sourcing pre-owned inventory via CRM and prospecting, conducting appraisals, making offers, managing inspections and paperwork, and coordinating with sales and service teams to deliver excellent customer experiences and drive business growth.

Oversee pre-owned vehicle inventory and pricing, appraise trade-ins and buy at auction, lead and coach the sales team, set quotas and sales strategies using CRM metrics, manage reconditioning and factory programs, resolve customer issues, and maximize gross profit margins and CSI.

Answer incoming phone calls and internet inquiries, receive/process/coordinate incoming sales requests, and perform clerical and administrative duties for the sales department. Maintain strong phone and computer skills, provide courteous customer service, and support automotive sales/service processes.

Manage inbound/outbound calls and appointment setting to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Maintain product knowledge, create specials with Service/Parts and digital marketing, use retention and marketing tools, and support dealership goals for CSI and profitability.

Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, and detailing of vehicles. Inspect for damage or maintenance needs, report findings to management, and maintain organization and cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment to ensure high customer satisfaction.
