Perform thorough interior and exterior vehicle cleaning, polishing, and detailing. Inspect vehicles for damage or maintenance needs, report issues to management, and maintain a clean, organized detailing area and equipment to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Manage inbound/outbound calls and appointment setting to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Maintain product knowledge, create specials with Service/Parts and digital marketing, use retention and marketing tools, and support dealership goals for CSI and profitability.

Rotational management training across service, parts, body shop, accounting, and sales (29–48 months). Gain hands-on experience with customer interactions, scheduling, estimates, DMS, accounting tasks, sales processes, and team leadership while proposing improvements and participating in community service.

Answer incoming phone calls and internet inquiries, receive/process/coordinate incoming sales requests, and perform clerical and administrative duties for the sales department. Maintain strong phone and computer skills, provide courteous customer service, and support automotive sales/service processes.
