Acquire pre-owned vehicle inventory for the dealership by prospecting private sellers, engaging customers, scheduling appraisals, evaluating vehicle condition and pricing, completing purchase paperwork, and negotiating purchases. The role also refers buyers to sales staff, collaborates across dealership teams, maintains customer communication, and supports incremental business growth through strong follow-up and customer engagement.

Manages the dealership Finance and Insurance department, including funding, CIT schedules, DMV issues, paperwork, compliance, customer concerns, and F&I product training. Sets goals, supports finance staff, and helps achieve high monthly deal volume. Requires dealership Finance Manager experience, strong communication, leadership, customer service, computer skills, and the ability to handle approximately 75 deals per month.
