Supports real estate asset managers overseeing data center investments. Responsibilities include extracting operating metrics, preparing financial and portfolio reports, analyzing leasing and property performance, reviewing leases and loan documents, supporting acquisitions and dispositions, and coordinating information among managers, property teams, and executives.

Manages maintenance, reliability, uptime, and operational procedures for data center mechanical, electrical, IT, fire/life safety, and control systems. Leads preventive maintenance, repairs, contractors, budgets, change management, root-cause analyses, work orders, capacity monitoring, safety planning, and emergency response. Develops SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and maintenance requirements while training staff and coordinating with facility managers, vendors, and controls contractors.

Supports construction project management at data center facilities by tracking purchasing, invoices, budgets, equipment lead times, receiving, vendor coordination, documentation, and project management tools. Provides financial and administrative support, assists with contract guidance, and ensures compliance with facility health and safety practices.

Oversees physical infrastructure, service delivery, budgets, risk management, regulatory compliance, safety, sustainability, customer satisfaction, and operational performance. Partners with engineering, facilities, construction, sales, and service teams while recruiting and developing high-performing operations personnel. Ensures reliable infrastructure, SLA attainment, continuous improvement, and compliance with standards including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.

Designs, deploys, and maintains enterprise network infrastructure and automated IT operations. Builds Infrastructure-as-Code solutions, automates provisioning and configuration management, supports hybrid cloud and on-premises environments, and implements monitoring, security, and self-healing workflows. The role also conducts technical site evaluations, documents architectures and procedures, improves operational processes, and mentors IT and network teams on automation best practices.
