Teams at H5 Data Centers

Sources new sales opportunities, manages existing customer relationships, negotiates agreements, supports renewals and expansions, and serves as a primary customer contact. The role develops ecosystem partnerships, attends industry events, consults with customers, handles escalations, and monitors data center market trends, competitor pricing, availability, and new construction. Requires strong communication, organization, independence, and knowledge of the data center industry.

Supports real estate asset managers overseeing data center investments. Responsibilities include extracting operating metrics, preparing financial and portfolio reports, analyzing leasing and property performance, reviewing leases and loan documents, supporting acquisitions and dispositions, and coordinating information among managers, property teams, and executives.

Manages maintenance, reliability, uptime, and operational procedures for data center mechanical, electrical, IT, fire/life safety, and control systems. Leads preventive maintenance, repairs, contractors, budgets, change management, root-cause analyses, work orders, capacity monitoring, safety planning, and emergency response. Develops SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and maintenance requirements while training staff and coordinating with facility managers, vendors, and controls contractors.
