Leads complex Federal projects, programs, and transformation initiatives from planning through closeout. Manages scope, schedule, cost, risks, resources, governance, contractors, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. Coordinates multidisciplinary Government and contractor teams, develops executive reporting and corrective action plans, supports Agile or hybrid delivery, and ensures compliance with contractual, security, privacy, and procurement requirements. Provide on-site lifecycle and property management support for White Sands Missile Range: maintain inventory and property book records, conduct audits, manage Microsoft Access and Active Directory entries, receive/issue equipment per Army policy, generate inventory reports, and support customer inquiries. Requires active Secret clearance and CompTIA Security+ CE.

Provide Tier 3/4 on-site systems administration for Windows servers and workstations, managing installation, configuration, hardening, patching, backups, AD/GPO, file shares, virtualization, vulnerability assessments, and remote access support while complying with STIG/IAVAs and security policies.

Develop, integrate, and sustain software, databases, and data-collection platforms supporting DoD auditory health. Build interoperable tools for DOEHRS-HC and MHS GENESIS, support data engineering and secure handling of CUI/PII/PHI, provide technical implementation, testing, documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement for hearing assessment and telehealth solutions.

The VOIP Engineer will implement, maintain, and support Cisco VoIP networks, manage hardware acquisitions and resolve interoperability issues.

Provide on-site help desk support at White Sands Missile Range: manage user accounts, troubleshoot technical issues, document and track incidents, develop SOPs and user self-help materials, analyze problem trends, and follow ITIL incident management with strong customer service.
