Design modern, responsive UI for LMS admin and learner portals, dashboards, and WordPress sites. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, and design systems; produce Tailwind-compatible components and collaborate closely with Angular.js developers and QA for pixel-perfect implementation and usability improvements.

Gather and document product requirements, engage customers and stakeholders, support engineering through development and release, create UX mock-ups, manuals, training materials, perform competitive and market analysis, define metrics, and improve team processes for an LMS SaaS product.

Serve as primary customer advocate for Gyrus Systems, drive adoption and retention of the LMS, deliver administrator onboarding and training, create documentation and knowledge-base content, collaborate with engineering and QA, and generate upsell opportunities through product feature adoption.

Develop and maintain web applications using .NET (C#) backend and Angular frontend. Build responsive UIs, consume and create RESTful APIs, write SQL queries, use Entity Framework Core, follow CI/CD and version control, participate in Agile processes, fix bugs, and support deployments while learning from senior developers.
