Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, and design systems; produce Tailwind-compatible components and collaborate closely with Angular.js developers and QA for pixel-perfect implementation and usability improvements.

Gather and document product requirements, engage customers and stakeholders, support engineering through development and release, create UX mock-ups, manuals, training materials, perform competitive and market analysis, define metrics, and improve team processes for an LMS SaaS product.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, engagement, HR operations (attendance, HRMS, payroll inputs), office administration, and HR projects. Support audits (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC 2), coordinate training via GyrusAim LMS, and assist employer branding and special projects.
