Own performance gear and accessory products from concept through bulk production. Design products, create production-ready tech packs and CAD files, select materials, manage sampling with domestic and overseas factories, negotiate costs and timelines, oversee testing and quality, develop packaging, and maintain development calendars, costing, specifications, and approvals across multiple projects and seasons.

Lead Gymreapers’ growth strategy across customer acquisition, retention, revenue, and e-commerce optimization. Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance, manage paid and organic channels, improve conversion funnels, oversee growth budgets and forecasting, and build a high-performing growth team. Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams while driving data-backed initiatives and reporting performance against KPIs.

Leads Gymreapers’ financial strategy, FP&A, accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, profitability, cash flow, inventory finance, and financial infrastructure. Partners with the CEO and leadership team on growth initiatives, pricing, investments, acquisitions, and expansion. Builds and manages a high-performing finance team while improving controls, working capital, and operational performance across Amazon, DTC, and wholesale channels.

Supports Gymreapers’ TikTok Shop affiliate Discord community by onboarding members, posting approved updates, encouraging engagement, moderating channels, answering FAQ-based questions, escalating issues, and maintaining weekly activity reports. The internship provides supervised, academic-credit experience in creator marketing, affiliate programs, online community building, brand communications, and TikTok Shop operations.

The Senior Product Designer leads product development, managing design processes for fitness products and ensuring high standards in performance, aesthetics, and manufacturability.

Own and optimize Shopify ecommerce operations and online sales strategy to grow revenue, conversion, AOV, and retention. Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, merchandising, site content, and UX. Partner with marketing, IT, and cross-functional teams on SEO, paid media, email, and analytics. Analyze traffic and funnels, recommend improvements, and report forecasts and performance to leadership.
