Leads Gymreapers’ enterprise IT strategy and operations across cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications, integrations, architecture, governance, vendors, and business continuity. Establishes scalable technology processes, security controls, application ownership, integration monitoring, support models, disaster recovery, and technology financial governance. Partners with executives and business leaders to align technology investments with growth, manage risk, improve employee technology experiences, and guide future enterprise platform decisions.

Supports Gymreapers’ TikTok Shop affiliate Discord community by onboarding members, posting approved updates, encouraging engagement, moderating channels, answering FAQ-based questions, escalating issues, and maintaining weekly activity reports. The internship provides supervised, academic-credit experience in creator marketing, affiliate programs, online community building, brand communications, and TikTok Shop operations.

The Senior Product Designer leads product development, managing design processes for fitness products and ensuring high standards in performance, aesthetics, and manufacturability.

Own and optimize Shopify ecommerce operations and online sales strategy to grow revenue, conversion, AOV, and retention.
