The Senior Manager, Retention & Lifecycle Marketing will develop strategies to improve customer retention, repurchase behavior, and customer lifetime value through targeted email, SMS, and loyalty programs.

Lead and execute Gymreapers' growth strategy across acquisition, retention, and e-commerce optimization. Use analytics and A/B testing to drive paid and organic channel performance, collaborate cross-functionally, build a growth team, manage budgets and KPIs, and scale revenue through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Own supplier execution and performance management across a global supply network. Monitor production, lead times, capacity, quality, and delivery; drive corrective actions, recovery plans, and continuous improvement. Lead Production Analyst and Quality Analyst functions, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, develop supplier scorecards, and mitigate supplier risks to ensure alignment with business plans and service-level objectives.
