Lead day-to-day 4-wall warehouse and fulfillment operations (receiving, pick/pack, shipping), own labor planning, inventory accuracy, WMS configuration, KPI frameworks, cross-functional execution with logistics/supply chain/marketing, and manage operations leaders to meet throughput, accuracy, and safety targets.

The Sr. Graphic Designer will lead visual branding for Gymreapers, developing marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with multiple teams to launch campaigns.

Lead and build the company's IT function: define IT vision and roadmap, manage infrastructure (on-prem and cloud), systems (Google Workspace, Windows Server, Mac), ERP and ecommerce integrations, vendor and budget ownership, security and compliance, disaster recovery, and IT support. Hire and mentor the IT team and act as escalation for technical issues while partnering with cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
