Owns paid social and digital media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms for Australia and international markets. Responsibilities include campaign planning, audience strategy, budget management, creative testing, optimisation, KPI development, reporting, social listening, competitor analysis, local marketing support, platform relationships, and governance. The role partners with content teams and restaurants to drive measurable awareness, engagement, and conversion outcomes.

Owns the organization-wide information security program across cloud platforms, digital products, payment systems, identity infrastructure, and franchise restaurants. Responsibilities include security risk assessments, security tooling, fraud management, SIEM detection, incident response, breach notifications, PCI DSS compliance, penetration testing, security awareness, third-party assessments, and AI security. Leads a small team and shared on-call response while partnering with executives, Legal, engineering, and franchise stakeholders.

Own month-end P&L and balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, variance commentary, annual audit support, and weekly restaurant cash reconciliation. Manage the end-to-end cash cycle, investigate discrepancies, strengthen controls, and establish accounting systems and processes for new corporate restaurant openings. Partner with Finance, Operations, senior management, and statutory stakeholders across the restaurant network.
