Owns the HR agenda in the Czech Republic, partnering with local and global management in a matrix organization. Leads one HR team member and oversees the full employee lifecycle, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, labor-law compliance, HR audits, and process improvements. The role supports organizational change, employee engagement, company culture, and implementation of global HR initiatives while providing strategic and hands-on HR guidance.

Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. Responsibilities include building apps, portals, workflows, CRM customizations, integrations, and technical solutions; managing deployments, ALM, CI/CD, testing, and support; troubleshooting complex issues; reviewing code; and mentoring junior developers. The role collaborates with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable, maintainable applications and modernize business processes.

Performs accounts payable and receivable operations, including invoice processing, reconciliations, transaction recording, variance analysis, financial reporting, and maintaining historical records. The role also responds to finance inquiries, prepares SOPs, supports the Management Accountant, and recommends accounting-system improvements while working with international stakeholders.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional proposal development for mass transit bids: assess risks, build optimized costing and pricing, prepare technical and commercial bid documents, manage submissions and client interactions, and refine bid libraries and USPs for recurring frameworks.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee complex projects, align them with business strategy, and foster continuous improvement in project management practices.
