Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Professional in F&A to support an experienced Management Accountant. Working in the Gurgaon-based back office of an European Multinational. Individual will be required to engage with the company's stake holders in international regions. The day-to-day functions will include Accounts Payable/Receivable.Exceptional written and spoken English skills are essential. Previous experience working for a multinational organization, serving overseas clients will be an advantage. The Gurgaon Office Operates Monday-Friday.Responsibilities• Keeping track of all financial process, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.• Maintaining historical records for all transactions.• Reviewing stake holders and generally responding to all enquiries regarding finance.• Preparing detailed SOPs and delivering on a timely manner by following all the guidelines.• Perform variance analyses and prepare account reconciliations.• Prepare financial reports.• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.• Managing all the transactional process (AR & AP).• Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant.• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.Requirements • Freshers OR maximum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable & Account Payable.• Effective English communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.• Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.• Flexible to work in shift.• Eye for detail.What will make you stand out:• B.
