Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM applications, including Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate workflows, Dataverse structures, and CRM customizations. Translate business requirements into features, perform testing and troubleshooting, resolve incidents, document solutions, support deployments, and maintain existing applications. Collaborate with business users and technical teams while developing expertise under senior guidance.

Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. Responsibilities include building apps, portals, workflows, CRM customizations, integrations, and technical solutions; managing deployments, ALM, CI/CD, testing, and support; troubleshooting complex issues; reviewing code; and mentoring junior developers. The role collaborates with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable, maintainable applications and modernize business processes.

Own and grow the global spare parts portfolio across product lines. Responsibilities include lifecycle and obsolescence planning, pricing, stockholding strategy, inventory optimization, portfolio development, process and data standardization, KPI creation, and continuous improvement. The role coordinates engineering, supply chain, service, sales, and regional teams while establishing the spares product management function and driving commercial performance, availability, and customer satisfaction globally.
