Leads Houston terminal operations, including dispatch, scheduling, staffing, driver and employee retention, safety compliance, customer service, facility readiness, financial performance, and continuous improvement. Manages operational teams, establishes KPIs, oversees transportation execution, resolves conflicts, develops employees, and partners cross-functionally to improve profitability, service levels, productivity, and compliance.

Oversee terminal and dispatch operations, including scheduling, driver retention, equipment utilization, compliance, cost control, margins, customer service, and KPI performance. Lead, coach, and develop transportation personnel while managing independent-contractor relationships, facility needs, operational execution, and continuous improvement. The role partners with safety, recruiting, customer service, sales, and maintenance teams to improve profitability, service quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Leads customer service and logistics teams, manages employee performance, tracks goals and costs, oversees dashboards and audits, supports customer onboarding, resolves escalations, reviews margins and billing issues, and drives customer satisfaction and retention. The role also coordinates reporting, workload planning, coaching, account reviews, operational meetings, and process improvements across multiple markets.

Oversee daily terminal operations and dispatch team to meet KPIs, manage driver retention and owner-operator relationships, control P&L and margins, ensure ELD compliance, coordinate with Safety, Recruitment, Sales, and Maintenance, implement process improvements, and lead hiring, coaching, and facility upkeep to drive operational excellence.

Supports DOT safety and compliance by maintaining driver qualification records, reviewing background reports, tracking credentials, assisting eLog and third-party systems, performing audits, coordinating driver training and safety communications, and handling safety-related administrative tasks.

Support the Terminal Manager by supervising dispatch and daily terminal operations. Coach and cross-train dispatch staff, monitor dashboards, execute scheduling plans, manage equipment utilization and costs, address port/weather disruptions, support driver retention and payroll issues, assist hiring decisions, and fill in for dispatch as needed.
