Oversee daily terminal operations and dispatch team to meet KPIs, manage driver retention and owner-operator relationships, control P&L and margins, ensure ELD compliance, coordinate with Safety, Recruitment, Sales, and Maintenance, implement process improvements, and lead hiring, coaching, and facility upkeep to drive operational excellence.

Lead enterprise risk, claims, insurance, compliance, and loss prevention for trucking, transportation, and logistics. Manage litigated and complex claims, lead insurance renewals, partner on incident response and FMCSA/DOT and OSHA compliance, analyze loss trends, and develop risk controls. Coach risk/claims teams and collaborate with legal, brokers, carriers, operations, and safety to reduce financial and regulatory exposure.

Owns general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities. Supports audits, internal controls, GAAP compliance, tax reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements. The role also assists with ERP enhancements, automation initiatives, financial analysis, and special projects while collaborating across accounting, finance, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and operations teams.
