Senior Staff Accountant responsible for general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, variance analysis, audit support, GAAP compliance, internal controls, and accounting process improvements. The role also supports ERP enhancements, budgeting, forecasting, tax reporting, and cross-functional financial operations.

Leads customer service and logistics teams, manages employee performance, tracks goals and costs, oversees dashboards and audits, supports customer onboarding, resolves escalations, reviews margins and billing issues, and drives customer satisfaction and retention. The role also coordinates reporting, workload planning, coaching, account reviews, operational meetings, and process improvements across multiple markets.
