Oversees P&L, staffing, compliance, clinical quality, performance, supervision, community outreach, referral growth, and program expansion. Builds a collaborative team culture, maintains relationships with referral partners, ensures evidence-based care and documentation standards, and uses technology and outcomes data to improve clinical and operational performance.
